About
I am an illustrator and designer living in Brooklyn, NY. I've lived and traveled all over the world and like to think that I retain something from every experience, ultimately enriching my work. Between 2005 and 2007 I put my career on hold and served in the Peace Corps in Romania, which was a huge influence on my work and style.
I'm an active person, and love it when my illustration subject matter relates to my own life, hence my experience working with the outdoor industry. Im the Senior Illustrator at Climbing Magazine, and a regular contributor to Urban Climber Magazine, the Mountain Gazette, and Alpinist Magazine. If I'm not in my studio, I'm rock climbing, mountain biking, climbing ice or maybe backcountry skiing.
I specialize in editorial illustration, as well as illustration for motion and film, including concept art and storyboarding.
